Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday with terms of between 48h and 72h once the order is confirmed. Our maximum delivery commitment is between 7 and 10 business days.

In products with special conditions, the delivery times will be those indicated in the product characteristics section.

The products will be delivered to the address indicated in the purchase form. It is advisable that the delivery address is during working hours and where the order can be delivered. The delivery of the purchase will be formalized with the signature of the delivery note.

The transport company will make one or more delivery attempts notifying the failed attempt, if after 10 working days without being able to deliver the package, it will be sent back to our facilities computing all management and return costs to the buyer user of the account.

The customer may request the shipment again, taking care of the expenses incurred plus the transport costs of the reshipment.


All orders include postage.

For the payment of purchases the customer can use the means of payment: Debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

We do not administer, store, collect or manage any payment card data. All data is transmitted in encrypted form to the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe LTD through its routines for Prestashop stores, thus preventing access to payment card data.
