Innovation

On our farms, we plant olive varieties from other countries, getting surprising new flavors.

Method

We have 90 ha around the mill where centenary olive trees, young olive trees and ecological rainfed olive trees coexist.

Once the olives are harvested, they are sent as much fresh as possible and quickly to the mill, where they are made immediately with state-of-the-art machinery.
